The course focuses on expanding your basic technical vocabulary and developing practical communication skills for your studies, internships, and everyday professional life. You will learn to understand simple technical information, describe procedures, and discuss materials, equipment, and work processes.
Among other things, the course covers the following topics:
- Professions, job roles, and fields of work
- Tools, equipment, machines, and materials
- Technical characteristics and functions
- Workflows and simple technical processes
- Numbers, measurements, quantities, and specifications
- Workplace safety and regulations
- Communication during internships, part-time jobs, and in everyday professional life
The course teaches and reinforces basic technical and professional vocabulary at the A2 level. This will help you feel more confident in German-speaking situations related to your studies, technology, and career.

Voraussetzungen
Completion of the A1 level & participation in the "Deutsch als Fremdsprache A2" course.
This course is primarily intended for students enrolled in master’s degree programs in Rüsselsheim. If the maximum class size is not reached, other international students may also enroll in the course.

Anwesenheitsregeln
Attendance is mandatory for this course. The attendance requirement is 80
%. If your attendance falls below this level, you will not be admitted to the examination.
